Burning Brakes
How cool is that .. the rearview camera in the center display highlights and tracks with a "V" and color codes vehicles as they approach and then indicates the side as they are passing with an arrow.

Wow, that was incredible! The camera angle and quality of the video was very good too. Most of the "driver's eye view" videos I've seen have that weird fisheye effect and tinny sound. Thanks for sharing!

Although the bowtie steering wheel really looks cool.. I think
I would want a full steering wheel (at least on top) with some of those quick 120 degree turns.

Drifting
That was shot during night practice, not during the race.
I thought it was by a magnitude of many, one of the best in car video's yet. The sound quality was terrific and the camera angle just what the driver see's (or more with the 70 degree field of view). I think I'll do that when I go to Vette's for Vets in Talladega this May. I'll have to order the 'skeleton' housing so the sound comes in better and wear the ugly 'head' mount. You don't have to wear helmets on that ride, get to carry a passenger and if back in the pack can get quite a bit of speed up in the straights.

I was @ the race and when they down shift you really hear the back fire from the engine, pop, pop pop.It is just an amazing sight and sound. Thanks for posting . Both vette's DP and GTLS sounded the best on the track.
Still down in fla and missed the snow jam in Atlanta thank God.
When I get home I can't wait to use the rev matching with the exhaust valves open.
When the C7-R was in the garage you should hear that thing idle. It sounds like a 427 big block with a hot cam and side exhaust , but louder. We're talking about a 5.5 engine .
