Default Crystal Red Tintcoat and Red Calipers

Do people think that red calipers go with or clash with the crystal red tintcoat paint color? Can anyone post helpful pictures on this? Thanks!

IMO they clash. Stick with the black or grey

I have the two reds and I am fine with it. Black & grey are invisible and yellow seems wrong with crystal red. However, to each their own, which is why there are options.

Yes they would clash to me...either need to match 100% or stick with standard.

I have had my CRM with red calipers since Oct 4 and it has been to a number of car shows already - I have gotten many many favorable comments about the car and the calipers being red - so if you like it - go for it - they are fine!

The colors clash and the combo is ugly. Stick with black or even yellow.

People who like it probably wear 1 brown sock with 1 black one and think it looks OK.

I have a CRT, and also initially thought the red calipers would clash. But they look fine, IMO.
FWIW, I ordered yellow calipers and love the look. To each his own.

Appears that the only people who think it looks good...are the ones that have it.

After reading your post I realized what a mistake I have made. I felt so ashamed that I ran to the garage and painted the calipers hot pink. Now I feel much better. And, they go well with my one brown and one black sock.

My Stingray came with black calipers (which looks great) and I am hesitant to change them to the normal red so am going to have them powder coated Crystal Tint which I think will look much better. I am hoping a bit more contrast in that area will highlight the wheels better.

I decided on black calipers with the "keep it simple stupid" method of car accessorization.

Is this with brownstone? If so , do you have better pictures. I'm thinking of this combo with the vert and black top.
