Default Color Choice's for 2015

Too bad GM is dropping Cyber Gray from the line-up when Night race Blue and Laguna blue both look to sell less in 2014.
I can see the new gray but!
What are they thinking adding the Green and keeping Laguna and NRB instead of Cyber Gray.

Cyber Gray beats all three of those colors!

Funny you should mention that. On my way home tonight I was stopped a Light and a guy in a Suburban stopped next to me was on his Cell Phone telling his Wife about my Car. I had the Top off and he asks, what Color is that, it's Gorgeous. He loved the Black Wheels with the CGM.

It was late in the Day and the CGM look changes with the light. Can't describe it, but I think the blue in the paint comes out to play.

I go another couple of miles, and a Gal in another Car yells out, nice Car, love that color. Cracked me up.

I think the many angles on the Car really gives the CGM a classy look.

But then, I am a little biased.

Laguna blue I have not seen in person but from the pictures.
Nothing special ordinary blue.
Have to have a blue choice because some people like blue. I have purchased blue before but laguna is an not outstanding blue in the pictures.
Well short of the coolness Cyber adds to the Corvette!

It would suck if a color you wanted wasn't available.

If any color should have went first it's that damned Crystal Red - That color does NOT belong on a Sports Car and, it's outdated. Torch Red is the only red this car needs.

I'm a Night Race Blue lover but if they were to kill both Night Race and Laguna Blues and replace it with something in the middle - Something like a LeMans Blue with Flake...maybe a shade darker then it'll be a winner. Since you're killing off 2 Blues for 1, You can bring another color in the lineup.

Also Shark Grey looks damned good - They don't need Silver anymore either really, It's not the 00's anymore.

Dunno how I feel about it either way since I am not a fan of metallics. The Tiger Shark Grey is a cool color but really doesn't do anything for me...if no one pointed out that it wasn't CGm I wouldn't have noticed as it's just another grey metallic color that blends in with the humdrum masses of econo boxes. Standing still they look nice enough, but put them in a parking lot with louder colors like laguna Blue, Torch Red, and yellow and the car seems muted. The only dark color that looks downright amazing on the Vette is black, I would never own black as I did that a few times already and will never do it again...especially in Phoenix.

I think GM needs an Orange more than any other color. They already have all the bland "fleet" colors nailed.

A salesman told me Velocity yellow was being dropped because of paint dry times

Cyber gray metallic is far better looking than shark gray. I think it make the Vette look more expensive and sophisticated than some of the brighter colors. This is from a guy who had a velocity yellow C6.

CG is no where near Honda "modern steel metallic", I own both. Much more blue/purple in the CG and when detailed with a silica(glass) coating (CQuartz) , looks way diff than the Honda pigment with same treatment.

Dunno...looks very similar to my eyes...maybe it's just me. I'm not saying that it isn't a nice color, it's just a reserved conservative color that blends in with the majority of the dark metallic colors. You can argue up and down that it's a different color from other dark grey metallics but in the end...it's still a dark grey metallic.

Everyone is entitled to their like and dislikes, hell I'm going with Arctic White...the work truck color, because it appeals to me and I could care less what other people think. I'm just a huge fan of contrasting colors...White with the black trim and red interior bits just does it for me.

In the ideal world GM would just offer any color you want...in that case I would have orange!

On the CRM Silver for the Tiger Shark Gray.

Shucks, Crystal Red is my favorite color and my choice when I order my C7. Thanks for the heads up. I guess I need to reconsider. (lol)

I have had both CGM and LBT and think both are great colors. As one of my old bosses used to say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As to the one poster who complained that crystal red was out dated and that torch red is the only color for a vette. TR is one of the oldest colors. My 95 vert is torch red. As they say, to each his/her own. All vette are great looking.

You gotta love threads where the argument is, "Blue is better than gray," and the response is, "No, gray is better than blue".

It is nice to have choices and opinions. I've had CG and now have NRB. I like both and that is what matters. I've also had red, green and silver. I did not chose particular colors to win a popularity contest.
