QuickSilver, Seems like premature speculation at this point, but cool to think of...but how would that name roll? The 2016 Corvette Stingray GrandSport? That's a mouthfull!

And this article from today does not appear in it.

A thousand pardons for my dupe(s) but when people take it upon themselves to create their own headline It’s hard for me to see that it is already up.

I will have the Mods remove (or merge) as they see fit and return to the C6 section.

Look to the gentleman from Austin TX to fill your news needs...

Not really a dupe, as the other thread is more of a...well it is what it is.

I agree too early to fully speculate, however, my best guess is that they are still developing the Z06. It was clearly stated in Detroit, that it was still in the development stages. My guess is that they have more testing mules out there than Z06 body panels.

Or...they could be calibrating the A8 for the LT1?

Just wait till the C7 Z06 has been on sale for a year or two to get your answer...

GM will wait until C7Z is out a year or two and regular C7 sales level off. Then they'll get all us early adaptors to buy again
