We've already done a bunch of Torch Red and Yellow

Logo can't be changed, they are controlled by GM

Do they make these to order vs. stocking them? I ordered mine last week, I would think they would have the most common ones made.

No, they are all made to order. It takes 4-7 days for them to
ship.

As of right now, there is no common order. Just about every order
is a different color or logo configuration.

I'm going to be getting some aftermarket mats if my car doesn't come with any (I assume that it won't, sadly) and i'll keep you in mind!

Can you explain the differences between the different grades of mats? I have a convertible ordered so I only need the front 2.

Thickness, amount of yarn and internal construction

The Ultimats have a pile height of 5/16" and use 32oz of yarn per sq/yrd

The Luxe have a pile height of 1/2" and use 48oz of yarn per sq/yrd
The Luxe also has a Urethane Core to hold shape and prevent water
from penetrating the carpet. They are also Scotch Guarded
