Corvette Convertibles in Low Demand

I believe the credit union offer is Supplier discounts so if he starts accepting them and you qualify for the credit union offer than he would accept it.

We have 25 Z51 Convertibles in stock right now with at least $2,000 off MSRP!

Those that chose the coupe know we have the flexibility to store the roof in the garage if we want to take additional advantage of the larger cargo space the coupe offers over the convertible.
Those that chose the coupe did the risk/return analysis by assessing the "small" risk that we might have to stop quick where cargo shifts forward vs. the "large" advantage of the additional cargo space.
These are just 2 more reasons to add to the list as to why more people opted for the coupe instead of the convertible.

I doubt anyone will recognize your comments for anything other than what they are.
The sooner you accept the fact that the C7 (coupe/convertible) is today's news and all the rage, and your C6 (although a nice car) is yesterday's news, the better off you will be.
There are 100s of things that distinguish the C7 convertible from the old C6 convertible, and deep down you know it.
You C6 "horn tooters" are starting to irritate.

Jimmy B,
I was just suggesting that there might be other ways to compare, like the four other views I mentioned.
As I look at your two pictures, is see a very different profile:
-cloth top is a much rounder, smoother profile -looks like it fits better
-edge of front fender extends past door mirror
-edge of back fender dives under door mirror
-much more aggressive vent slot
-black surround around vent, not in it
-sharp edges on headlights
-front and back sidelights conform to wheel well instead of straight lines
-different mirror shape
-"edges" where there were "curves"
... to name a few.
In any case, I really enjoyed my C6 when I owned it, and am really enjoying the C7 too. I've gotten lots of waves from Corvettes of all generations, and think we all share the very exciting experience of owning a Vette!
Ed
ps. I disagree with the original title... Corvette Convertibles are NOT in LOW demand. If you want to talk LOW DEMAND, let's talk Viper!

Jimmyb,
Just for the record...
Profile means "side view". My response, that listed what I see as different, is referring to the side view of the cars.
After I posted my list, you edited your post, adding the word "silhouette", thereby adjusting your statement.
I guess we can agree that we disagree!
Enjoy your Vette, whatever its profile...
Ed
