I traded a c6 gs 4lt vert for a c7 z51 3lt loaded with goodies. I thought I would never trade my gs for the c7, but then I drove one. I had admit to myself this was the best corvette I had ever driven. This is my tenth corvette. So no I will keep my C7. But the C6 is a very fine car and enjoyed every second that I drove it.

OK I guess I’m the 1 looney, crazy, out of my mind etc. etc. that would go back to a C6, especially a 427 or Grand Sport. I like my C7 vert, don’t get me wrong and in my town of 60,000 I have the only one so I’m a bit of a celebrity but I have to admit I still love the look and design of the wide body C6’s. To me, they have a sportier look with the front and rear air intakes, the wider tires and the Heritage package that came with front fender stripes. I seem to fit better in the seats as well (6’4”-245lbs). A C6 wide body with a supercharger, O hell yea. So if anyone out there wants to trade their C6 Grand Sport or 427 verts for a Torch Red/Black top C7 vert with less the 500 miles on it, give this nutcase a buzz, I’m all ears. By the way you cannot be an introvert and have a Torch Red C7 convertible, it is one cool car, I just prefer the look of the 427/ Grand Sport, what can I say.
Just a side note as I am new to the C7 forum. Seems like there was much more of a brotherhood with the C6 crew on the Corvette Forum, yes, some bickering and difference of opinions, but never as petty and spiteful as some of the things I’ve seen on this C7 forum. I’d like to suggest we all make an effort to bring back the corvette brother and sisterhood, I mean we all have vettes, do you realize all the people that would like to be in our shoes?..I’ve wanted one since I was in jr. high and my C7 is my 4th, and while we are at it….save the wave first ones on me

With this being my first Corvette, I was impressed with it's nimbleness and instant throttle response.
I've had quite a few friends with C6 Corvettes. It seems like they drove and rode like a Sherman tank until you get them up to speed. Once they are "at speed" (on the highway-over 55 MPH), they're smooth.
If there are some people going back to a C6, they must not have liked the non-circular tails.

Can I be blunt...this is a stupid thread. The C6 and C7 are too close and the C7 is new, why would any C7 owner even think in terms of going back? A better question would be would you go back to a new C2? or C3?
