Dang Ron Ignelzi if I didn't like you so much I wouldn't fill out this survey!
I am talking about Ron Ignelzi from MacMulkin Chevy in NH. This survey is freakin ridiculously long. Sheesh I like the car but dang do they have to ask 500 questions. Sheesh. Doing it all for Ron!

The surveys have gotten out of hand. I didn't mind the GM survey but then there were a number of surveys from internet sources and quality monitoring companies. My C7 was a smooth internet purchase and the dealer discounted early in the model year so I gladly gave positive ratings. They deserved them. It is the nature of business today, a smart dealership proactively manages customer surveys by being honest and fair with the customer. Surveys do put pressure on the ones that are still trying to screw the customer at every chance. The sooner they are out of business the better.

Are you taking the Chevy survey or the JD Power survey? Now is the time of year JD Power does their thing.
