Got my new C7 last week!

Got my new C7 last week!
I promised myself that I would buy a C7 if I still had a job in the Air Force since our manning numbers are going down. Well, that happened on Tuesday May 6th and I started shopping around that night and contacted a Hendrick Dealer near me with what I wanted.
My dream build is a Laguna Blue, 1LT, jet black interior, M7, and NPP. It is pretty simple but it that has more bells and whistles than any other vehicle I have owned and will be happy. Sure enough, they call me back on Wednesday and found that exact build plus it had navigation which wasn't a deal breaker for me.
Went up there to negotiate the deal and had it that Saturday! That happened way quicker than I ever imagined.
Here are my initial impressions:
- I never read anything about how AWESOME the hood looks from the driver's seat!
- I can no longer just ignore curbs since it is obviously not my Tundra.
- Mixed feelings about CAGS
- XM is spoiling me
- LOTS of compliments on the road and people taking pictures while driving down the interstate.
- Makes me feel like a rockstar
- I have to make time to take the driving course in Vegas to really appreciate this vehicle.
- Best compliment has been from a hottie: "I just want to have sex in here!"
- I think the names of my two babies will be Big Blue and Lil' Blue.
