Has anyone found the GM order tracking website to be useful?

Yes, they were correct with my event status codes and the site showed my car at the dealer before the dealer contacted me. It appears the site has been redesigned and does not appear to have a chat line?

Never used that particular site that you named (gmconnects.com). I used the chevrolet.com site and they were spot-on for the months I waited. My dealership had NO clue all the way until delivery. I used the 'chat' feature regularly. Would definitely recommend it with your order#. (If indeed it's still available?)
