I have the RPI Skirts and the car had to have the drill applied to it to mount them and it killed me to watch, but all was okay, the screws pulled the skirts up tight to the rocker. I hope it was just the frame underneath - it was done at a Chevy dealer.

Am I correct that the splitter and front wheel deflectors bolt on and the rockers need to have holes drilled?

I drilled mine, but I have to admit I think it's a long shot to think the tape would fail given the skirts are bolted on front and rear without any drilling using factory hardware.

I drilled my splitter/ skirts

However, I think the tape would prevent the skirts from sagging

Glen,

I agree I installed the mid section of my ACS using 3M VHB with proper preparation and it does hold like a rock.
