Thanks to all! I'll have better pics, more details, and answers to questions later today. Very busy day at work today, so I haven't had time to do anything else yet.

Same here - Just got a big box here off the loading dock. Christmas time without any time to play with it (and no car of course).
Also going to add your video to the How-To: Bumper Fascia thread - it's going to help there, as well.
I have some ideas on the blackouts, as well - we could always compare notes.

The stock ducts are so poor that it might not be a bad idea to come up with a stop gap until the real pieces show up on eBay.

Great video!
Toward the end of it after the cover was back on, you mentioned the area around the corner of the headlight to make sure a tab was installed properly under the headlight. This interests me because the corner of my driver's side headlight sticks up from the opening in the bumper cover just a bit. You mentioned tab must be positioned correctly for a proper fit.
Your video got me thinking that maybe it's possible that my bumper cover is not installed properly from the factory. Could you elaborate a bit on the tab below the headlight and how it fits?
Thanks a bunch for doing this stuff and I like your car because it's just like mine! Well, except for the grill.

Sorry I've been so tied up today. Thanks to everyone for the comments.
Mark, I was fortunate enough to buy one for $300 off eBay. Got the last one that the seller has sold for a buy it now of $300. He has realized the demand for these and he has now put one up as an auction that is already near $700.
I have no idea. I'm not sure what they have planned for front plates. I'm in Oklahoma where we do not run front plates.
The actual time to take off and put back on was about 2 hours. I could probably do it in an hour now. But I didn't use power tools, which would have sped things along. I also got stuck at one point putting the cover back on. I didn't get the headlight tabs in correctly on the driver side, and then couldn't get one of the torx screws out of the wheel well cover. This took up a good amount of time, but I finally got everything back together as it should be.
I had my 14 year old son hold one side of the bumper cover when I removed it. He also helped me move the cover around and assisted in the re-install. You will definitely want another set of hands.
I'll post some new photos in a few minutes. There really isn't anything behind the ducts in the grille, but I imagine I can eventually get the Z06 parts and modify them for my car.
Thanks! Glad to help!
I also have an idea about the blackouts. Let's compare notes!
Here's a pic of the slots that the tabs go in just under the headlights. If they aren't in the slots, you could definitely have a misfitment.

Those Pics make it look like it came out of a Transformers Movie.
While you had it apart, did you see any cracking on the support pieces near the Headlights that have been discussed on other Threads here?

Great video. Thanks.
Wheels looked great (brief glimpse). Stock or aftermarket?
