Infotainment System - Radio Button
Has anyone had the issue of the actual radio buttons (Home button, Radio button, etc) not working? The touch screen works fine, but the physical buttons are not working.
I did a search and found a link, but the OP did not indicate if he was able to correct the problem.

Just try the reset. Easy to do and can't hurt anything.

I had this happen once to me on my drive home from Bowling Green. I forget most of the detail, just know that after I shut off / started the car back up again everything worked fine.

Hasn't been an issue for me (VIN 11822 w/5K miles) but then again, I've always been good about pushing buttons

Curious what the resolution was if original poster is around. Identical symptoms on my Nov 2013 built c7
