Default Dealer Paint Prep Coating over Windows?

Okay, took my new C7 out and then wiped her down after a cruise night and them attempted to clean the windows. I got a mess using Windex and then tried Invisible Glass. The question I have to ask has anyone had experience with this, the dealer as a standard put a paint protectorant on the car and I believe they also do the windows to save time - the dealer says they don't put this on the windows.

Anyone have any experience with this? Well with a lot of elbow grease I got the majority of it off, probably several re-cleanings to get the windows really clean.

What is best window cleaner out there, c'mon guys need your help/

Try a sponge/water and bonami. It is a mild powder that works really well on glass...DO it while you are washing the car....as a last step so you can rinse it all off..

its in the house cleaning stuff at your grocery store...You will love the results and its cheap and will last years no more than you use it...

There is also a "bar keepers friend" that is the same thing...

ps this gets water spots off glass as well...
