Default Stock Rims

The work "Corvette" is inscribed on the stock rims. Has anyone played around with filling the word in with paint or some other substance to make the word stand out more?

Since the rims are silver and my Stingray is black, I am considering filling the word "Corvette" with some type of black substance. Looking for a clean and easy process.

Thanks

How about "Duplicolor" Black touch-up paint? The ball point tip might just do it. Just a suggestion.

I think the effect will be to profound in black. Maybe white/gray or darker silver, just a slight contrast? I was thinking recently, wish the Corvette logo was not on the wheels.

I like the idea of Black on your car. I have TR with Black wheels, was thinking of doing mine in Red. But don't want it to look non-professional. Would love to see someone with actual close up photos so we can see some real world results...

Someone on here painted theirs red and it looked pretty good. I can't find the link for the life of me though. Was around a month or so I'd guess if you want to do some digging.

Whichever color you use the easy way to do it is just take enamel paint and brush it on, then lightly wipe over the surface with a rag dampened with solvent or mineral spirits to clean off the excess. With a little experimenting you'll find its quick and easy

I used a paint pen bought from amazon $3, took about 2 minutes per wheel. The tip fit into the grove and left no mess
