Default Need advice on rear quarter adj.

hey guys , looked my c7 over like crazy before buying and the fit and finish was perfect . noticed the other morn. where rear quarter panel meets rear bumper ,over driver side rear wheel was out about an 1/8 inch. at the bottom . now all i notice is that thing sticking out
on my c6 i was able to adjust this prob.
but with all the sound deading on the c7 wheel w. can't see anything.
so instead of letting those monkeys go at it at the dealer . thought i would see if anyone here had info. or a link . thanks for any help.

I'm thinking you can adjust the way you say, but I really don't know. Remove the lining and you can probably get to the screws to find out.
