Is the C7 the best looking Corvette ever?
I've had a C6 and I will readily say the C7 styling is WAY better than the C6 but is the C7 the best looking of all time? I'm not a big classic car fan but there is one car that I've never seen in person that I know is close to the C7. Its the original split window '63 Stingray. If there are two cars I would ever want in my garage its the one I'm about to pick up and a '63. I'll be happy to have the C7 but I can only see the prices/demand skyrocketing on the '63 in the next 100 years. Of course that depends on the availability of petrol

Even though, I'm ordering a C7 Z06, I still find the C6 from a style perspective, a more appealing design overall. I like the smooth lines and classic style. Clearly the C7 is "The Vette" for foreseeable future with all the advanced technology and upgraded interior.

All vettes are basically the best looking vette ever when they are the current design. Not one ugly vette has ever left the factory. The C7 is great and much better looking in person than in pictures imho. I do still love my C6 though, but would be very happy to have a C7 as well.

Every new model was exciting. Dad and I would go to the dealers to see the new models on the first day they were put on display.
Back in the day there would be giant search lights flashing through the skies, calling attention to the first new model showings. It was a big deal back then.
The first time I laid eyes on the 63 split window, I couldn't believe how a car could look so beautiful. I thought it looked like a space Ship. The lines were breath taking.
I never got a 63, but I did have a 65 Fuel Injected Coupe for several years.
Seeing the C7 For the first time reminded me of the time I saw my first 63. My first thought was "They finally got it right.
I hope to have a build date on my 15 C7 next week.

Both nice looking Vettes SilverScorp. Obviously no agreement will be reached here. It's like trying to choose between the hot blonde or the hot brunette: there is no wrong answer! At least in my humble opinion.

This is obviously dependent on one's personal preferences. Having owned C5 and C6, the C7 is, to me, far better looking than either of those generations.
I'd like to own a '67 big block:

C6s are awesome but you are comparing a GS C6 vs a regular C7. Of course it will look lower and wider. Compare it to a C7 Z06 or soon to be C7 GS and there would be a difference.

Hard to beat a wide body c6 in my book and I own a c7. I had a c6 and thought it was beautiful but didn't get many comments. C7 gets a crazy amount of good feedback on looks. I love both designs

I agree, the comparison won't be with a C7 GS (which will never happen), but with the C7 Z06, which we all know will crush anything made before.
