Default Z51 Package?

If you order the Z51 package, does this come standard with the performance exhaust, chrome wheels, navigation?? Or do you still have to add on these features. Just trying to get some clarification as to what exactly you are getting with the package.

Chrome wheels are a stand-alone option that has nothing whatsoever to do with Z51. Performance exhaust is included with Z51; it can also be ordered on non-Z51 cars for $1195. Navigation has nothing to do with Z51; it's included with 3LT and optional with 1LT and 2LT for $1795.

Npp is standard on the Z51 last year you had to specify NPP, and pay 1195 more for it.

I bought 2lt and Z51 I'm glad I decided to pay the difference, I got a much nicer car for not much more money.

I would do it again if I bought another, I just might do that in 5 years when I have the extra money to do it again.

The performance exhaust is included with the Z51 package for 2015. Also included are bigger 20" and 19" wheels, wider tires, 1" larger dia disk brakes with Brembo calipers, dry sump lube system (10 Quart Capacity), higher gear ratio, beefier suspension components, and I think some differences in aero features. Even if YOU don't ever want to track the car, the next person who buys your car from you might and every review I have watched on U-Tube rates the Z51 package as an essential bargin. I know that the resale on the C6 Grand Sports was a lot better than the base models. If you want the car to be really complete, you sure be sure to order the "magnetic ride control". It is integrated with the electronic differential and performance traction management.

The chrome wheels are an available option for the Z51's, at $2K extra. These have been on constraint recently. Navigation with Performance Data Recorder is standard with the 3LT trim package, and available on 1LT and 2LT. BTW, if you order the 2LT trim and add Navigation/PDR, you will save about $1K over cost of 3LT, and the only other difference is a different color leather dash accent.

If you order your car, be sure to very carefully review the dealers order entry. After specifically telling my dealer that I wanted "magnetic ride control", further down the form he asked me about "performance traction management" I told him I wasn't particularly interested in that, not realizing that it was "bundled" with the "magnetic ride control". When he unchecked that box, he didn't tell me I was also opting out of the "MRC". When the error was discovered, it was too late to change the order, and car had to be re-ordered. Thankfully my dealer has been very gracious in helping me straighten that out. My car should be delivered next week.

The tires fit the 1" bigger diameter wheels, but are the same width, 245 front and 285 rear in both models. Only aero difference is the Z51 rear spoiler and lack of the center front air dam.

The leather in the 3LT is Napa leather, as opposed to mulan (sp?) leather.

I have had trouble with the 2LT leather, some of the bad material will be replaced under warranty this coming week. I will go 3LT next time round.

I've had great luck with the 2LT Mulan leather (Kalahari). Still looks new after 6 months and 3200 miles. I'd make the same choice if I had to do it again.
