You can't go wrong with torch red, but yellow is even better. The only clunker is the white. Now I love me some white C7, but I just don't think it goes with all that black. The colors (white ain't a color) set off the black nicely though. So to recap, the reality is:
1. yellow
2. red
3. blue
4. white
All reasonable people would agree.

Wouldn't surprise me if the repair never makes it into CarFax or AutoCheck..... I'd suggest a yellow car, completely different from your first choice.
BTW, are you getting it at the same dealer.....? (had a dealer tech drive over one of my removed wheels a couple years back---had a hard time going back even tho they paid for everything and it was very involved)

Hi guys
First and foremost THANK YOU so much for voting! I do buy the color of the winning vote...I've proven that. So your vote does matter...don't think it does not. I truly do feel like the red, blue, white, and yellow are equal to me....which is why I love polling and seeing others opinions. It's not that I don't have an opinion...it's simply because they really did an AMAZING job with all of the new C7 colors! It makes the decision VERY difficult.
About the wrecked 2015 Laguna Blue Z51....I saw a lot of questions about what happened to this vehicle. I want to ease your worries. I bought from a very large dealership and someone who works at that dealership who knew about the situation...stepped in and offered to buy the car if I did not. This person said it was the exact car they wanted and did not want to be on a waiting list. I told the dealership that I no longer wanted the vehicle and this individual did step in and bought the Z51. This vehicle is not in circulation and this person buys a new corvette every few years. This person will be using the vehicle for their own personal use and not reselling it.
I'd like to add that it is harder to repair these types of vehicles on large lots without it going documented somewhere. You have to think in terms of it not just being the Z51 itself....it's also the work time involved, parts, paint, etc...all come from somewhere. Everything has to be documented and these companies are audited. I have a lot of experience with auditing because my background is in finance/accounting and I'll leave it at that. People will ALWAYS have a story about how a dealership got away with something...but rest assured that every number and item is tracked at irregular and constantly changing times. This is to ensure quality across the industry.
Additionally I do not know the owner personally...However, I do know people at this dealership that have all described him as the most honest and humble person that they have ever worked for. And I believe them because not only have I known them for a long time...but they've also worked at the dealership for an extremely long time when they could have jumped ship a long time ago. I look at peoples actions...not just their words...and I can tell that this owner is honest with people and treats them right. It was an accident...another person bought the car...and even if they didn't I assure you the owner would not hesitate to release that information to a potential buyer when people already have to wait months for the car to come in.
Do I deserve a discount? No. The markup on these vehicles is not as high as what you might think. This is an expensive car...but also their highest quality vehicle. This car is in such high demand that the waiting time is INSANELY long. I've waited since June. Am I down about it? Yes. But from an economic standpoint...and looking at the big picture....it would not be in their interest to offer me a discount. Even if the car was not bought by someone who works there...that car would sell at full price within days due to the extremely high demand for it. Why knock off a chunk of the price....when you can tell another guy that it was "very minor damage"....and you can either buy today or wait for months and months. It just is what it is...

I saw one laguna blue with the yellow calipers, but chome wheels, looked very nice. (Probably only good yellow caliper selection I've seen) I wouldnt do black/black though, I like contrast
That said a carbon flash mirror and spoiler artic white with black wheels and red calipers is good too

I'd still stick with Laguna Blue but close behind would be yellow or white.

I originally ordered white last year but, because of constraints, bought TR with black interior and wheels. You can't go wrong with any color you choose but, TR is a beautiful color!

I like white (obvious) but in your case I would stick with the blue because that was your final decision before.
Sorry this happened to ya! I would have been very upset, you seem to have handled it gracefully. Good for you!

Depends on what you plan on doing with it. If you plan on keeping it forever then it doesn't matter. If you plan on getting rid of it in a few years Torch Red would be a safe bet that would probably attract the most buyers. If you plan on leaving it outside forever or don't want to notice small scratches etc, I'd go with white.
