The Z06 looks like it was rushed into production, why else would wheel extenders be used in place of a fender redesign. The power is there, the design leaves something to be desired. I don't see the current design in my future.

Fyi, the front fenders are wider than the base car without the extenders on it.

It was a design choice, not a rush. An extra inch of actual fender may look too bulged to flow with the overall look of the car.

The forgiato wide body front fender width looks ridiculous.

Let's be nice. He has a great picture of his wife as his avatar. It may be too revealing for some, but for others it's fine; it's no more revealing than a bathing suit top. To each their own.

Are you sure, I thing think the front fenders are the same size as the Stingray. Either way the Z looks good, would have rather had wider fenders than that aero plastic though. And $2,300 for fender flares sounds ridiculous, hopefully the fiber glass or plastic version is a lot cheaper. I could get rims for that price.

I'm sure.

Ya, the $2300 price tag is pathetic. You should be able to get painted versions to match the body for less than half that.

Even side skirts aren't that expensive and they are much more material than a simple flair.

Yeah sucks because they are the only ones that sell something like that, guess that's why they think they can sell it for an outrageous price

I've been looking everywhere for a nice set of carbon fender flares and every time I find a set, the price is out of this world. So, I'm getting G3 Carbon to build a set for me. I know some of you have been looking too, so G3 is giving us a group discount. All we need is 10 buyers and they'll do them for $1250 shipped anywhere CONUS.

Hello I am interested but have a question. Is G3 owned by Allan?

Default Group buy

Hey

I feel like I have to warn you, if the group buy is really being done by G3, I would do my research on the company unless it's a different G3 company.

If you got your product then you are very lucky. If it's the same company I know for a fact that he has screwed over a lot of people. See below and that's only one posting, look and you will find others. Again if it's the same company.

Probably so, but companies now want 2300. I'm getting them made for 1250. I doubt the others will drop half price any time soon. I still don't understand why they are priced so high, when G3 can produce for much less and still make a profit.
