My TPW was 10/20. I received the car on 10/25 in Milton, FL. Born on date was 10/18 (GM must have been ahead of schedule).

Courtesy delivery dealer in Nor Cal told me today it's in Toledo bayed for train to the West Coast

Hope it gets on its way. Heard auto shipments by train are slow as Oil shipments are taking priority...

Car was built on 10/21, At the dealer in NH on 10/28. Certificate of origin at dealer on 10/31. Received paperwork 11/3. Plates and registration in hand also 11/3. I will pick it up on 11/4

I watched my car being built on 20-21 October. My VIN was 8515, which means yours should have completed its build on 21 October, as mine came off the line at 2:30 and the shift would have gone until 4:30-4:45. Received an email from OnStar on 24 October. Downloaded app to my smart phone. Used navigate feature to "locate the car". You must call and set up a PIN first. I checked the location several times over the next two weeks. My car remained at the factory lot until 7:45 am November 3rd when NCM went to get it for my delivery. Drove it home Monday and Tuesday of this week.

Note: I ordered my Vette from a relatively low volume dealer (25 2014 Vettes sold). Very happy with them, considering I received the Credit Union discount and the time frame from order date to delivery date. The dealer is Brenengen in West Salem, WI.
