Still the magic
The C7 has been out for well over a year. I have owned mine since April and I still get smiles, waives, and thumbs up every time I am in the car. I have never owned anything that has gotten this much attention (including a particularly pretty Jaguar XK convertible). I know all this attention has got to die down sooner or later, but in the meantime...

I know the feeling.
An older dude in a big Ford SUV was admiring my car at the bank parking lot today. He couldn't believe it was my car and not my husband's.
Also at the bank a younger dude complimented on what a great looking car I have.
Earlier this week, my insurance man all but drooled on her!!
I like the attention. It's fun.

It's amazing how much attention a new generation gets, isn't it? 
I've had gawkers, wavers, honkers, and even people in an ambulance taking pictures on the fly. The funniest one wasn't this one, but my '05, when someone walked into tree while looking at it.

It is a camera magnet, everyone wants to take a picture. The best part is that it brings huge smiles to peoples faces (besides mine). We are making the world just a little happier......

I just got my 2015 DSOM convertible 2 weeks and 2200 miles ago. I add a bit of time to normal every day stuff (getting gas, stores, restaurants, and any other place that I park). I love to talk about the car with anyone that starts the conversation. Cops, truck drivers, and just about everyone else make positive comments. I am loving this car even more than my C6's. I did get asked at a gas station if I paid a gas guzzler tax. I told him "no, I get 25 MPG with a 460 HP machine", and he was floored. My only gripe is the stupid memory seats that don't work right, and the GPS that loses it's mind. It's not a big deal with the whole package, but it is an annoyance. A great car with tiny issues .
