First time I saw the car to pick it up... I was what the hell is this? It's scratched!! So I guess I can see where your coming from "If you catch it at the right angle"..

But still funny...
The right angle, it was in the garage, it is night time and the wife got it in my head that my car is damaged so that is what my lying eyes told me.

I am glad I am just feeling dumb now rather than actually having a car that is snapping in half.

OK, so do you have it removed if you install Xpel or any other paint protection film or is the aftermarket film applied over this factory film?

Not to worry, they all have a crack at that spot where the clear protection film is.

Glad this wasn't what you thought it was!

On a similar note, did you know if you say "oranges" very slowly that it actually sounds like the word "gullible"...try it!

I tried to delete it but that option is no longer available. I can only edit the post. If mod wants to delete they are free to do so.

Don't feel too bad, there have been others on the forum that didn't know about the film. Others have thought their paint was discoloring as the film had yellowed a bit.

Agree--the guy just made a mistake. No reason for the smart remarks. Glad everything's OK with the car.

Pretty classless. Like none of us ever had a "Duh" moment in our lives.

A little "slack" is certainly in order.

OP forget what others are posting....... do this......... get a can of black spray paint and it will cover those cracks up and you will never see them again. Plus you won't need to use the micro fiber thing either!!!

WOW I always drive extra defensive in Florida for the retirees but hope I never get near you!!!!
