PDR- format a large SD card to FAT32
I bought a 256G SD card on Amazon for about $100.00. It was formatted to exFAT. That's not compatible with the PDR that requires FAT32 format and is limited to the size.
I formatted it to FAT32 with a free software from Cnet.com. The results gave me 6318 minutes or 105.3 hours = 4.38 days of recording time. The site for the free download is: //download.cnet.com/EaseUS-Part-dlPid=10982635
The software at ridgecrop.demon.co.uk is a virus that attacks your computer.
Hope this is useful information for you guys with PDR.

Formatting your SD Card for your Corvette PDR
You can use Windows 10 Command line to format SD Card greater than 32GB to FAT32, You'll have to be patient and to this:
1. Using your Windows File Explorer note down the drive letter of the SD Card you want to format (Usually E , F , G and above)
2. Open a command window by directly typing CMD in Windows 10 start menu search box and hit "Enter"
Windows 10 will open the Command Prompt window.
3. Type the command "format /FS:FAT32 G:" at the prompt. G is the drive letter of your USB or external hard drive in Windows 10. If it's not for your case, replace the drive letter G with your own letter.
4. Hit Enter. Windows 10 will go ahead and begin formatting the USB flash drive or external hard drive into FAT32.
Formatting large volume drives may take time and the quick format options is not valid when changing from one format to anther

I had trouble with EVERY SD car I tried. The PDR would work sometime sometime not. I formatted to FAT32 and still having trouble with it finding the 32GB card. Once I installed a 16GB card into it no problems at all.

Is formatting to fat32 really a requirement anymore? I have 2 128GB cards in the car (music and PDR) and they worked right out of the box without reformatting.

I bought a 64G Gorilla card and it had to be formatted to Fat32 before it would work. Then I bought a 32G Scandisk and it was already Fat32 so it worked right out of the box. I then bought a 64G card from Staples (PNY?) and it had to be formatted. The answer is Yes they must be FAt32 but some cards come that way.
