I fixed the chrome trim ring under my shift ****. The 2 tiny staples let go which dropped my boot during my MGW install.

I also did a lot of ordering early this AM.

Default Well....I was busy

Started this morning and finally perfected the lowering of the suspension - on stock bolts (I have a steep driveway), but all four corners are even finally! After that I installed the corsa double helix pipe. All went perfect, just took my time. I had a full corsa on my C6Z06 and it was a monster and sounded like one, the double helix pipe certainly does make a positive difference without being over the top. So far I really like the sound difference, which is noticeable. After that was tested and all settled in I then affixed the conservative little Z51 stickers on the side. I then mowed the entire yard after being under the car all day - very fulfilling and bit by bit improvements to make it my own. I'm going to have a martini and celebrate th accomplishments!

I drove it like I stole it. Cleaned it. Fixed memory recall problem I developed today and tucked her in for the night. Tomorrow is another day.

Drove it around 150 miles the long way to Lake Geneva and back. 25 more miles and the break in period is over. Can't wait.

That's a good lookin splitter there. Have you done anything else to it aero wise? We have lots of stuff on top of front splitters.

Took mine to dealer and had the fuel filler anti siphon recall accomplished. Hate having items fixed that are not broken.

Drove it to the dealer in the rain to get its first oil change, and it didn't melt!

Blazing hot out but decided to give the vett some love anyway, wash and wax with Duragloss Total Performance Polish, great stuff. Easy on and off, amazing shine and inexpensive. I might try the Duragloss Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System next time around, the Duragloss products seem excellent.

Of course I had to take her out for a long drive to enjoy it.
