Default Nav system frustration, can’t delete recent destination.

Ok, I give up! I’ve read the manual, reviewed the menu hierarchy, etc. and still can’t figure out how to simply delete a saved Recent Destination. What am I missing?

My manual says under Recent Destinations: ”Press Delete Individual Destinations and then select the entry to delete” Great - except I don’t have that verbiage! My 2015 is an early one. Was there a software change later on? What am I missing?

I don't know. I've never had to delete one. I just have two entries, one is home and I edit the other to what ever destination I need.

Just deleted about 6 destinations on my car a 2014 Base > open Navigation, open the Menu, look for Personal ? (dont remember) and open it and you will see the choices of "delete entire" or "delete individual". click the negative sign next to your prior entries and like magic they disappear..

You have to go into the navigation menue. Select; personal data, recent destinations, press delete individual destinations or delete all destinations, now delete as desired.
Should be the same for all C7 systems. Basic computer logic.

Got it! Thanks Quick 99 and Larry/car. That worked . This certainly is not clear in the manual and isn’t very intuitive. I wish GM had subbed the whole MyLink system out to Apple. Let Jon Ives design the interface.

No, I wasn't trying to delete the Bunny Ranch.

How can you be in two places at once when you're not anywhere at all?

Or... you can buy a 2016. According to reports this function has been simplified.
