Diecast models of my 3 Corvettes
I spent the weekend converting my C7 diecast of my car into it's actual appearance. Had to paint the interior (came in red, I have Kalarie), painted the roof and mirrors black to match and the wheels which came black and I have chrome. Now my collection is complete....

Anyone seen a Laguna Blue coupe with grey interior?

I may have to modify a Z51 since I have the Z51 rear spoiler..
I can probably make a Z06 front splitter.

Looks good. Nice work.
You'd think black on black would be a no brainer but all I can find is Black with Kalahara. Since I have Machine faced wheels I don't think I'll ever see my exact model and I don't have the patience to paint myself.

my exact match is 400 dollars. no thank you.
I will have to buy the white z51 and paint it red, which will be tedious.
that being said, I bought a black one as a place holder for now. I need to buy me a C2 and a C4 to complete my collection. Luckily they make the C5 Z06 in red, which was my previous vette. Just need to buy it

Just buy the Laguna Blue Coupe and paint the seats grey. It comes apart real easy (3 screws). and the interior section comes out alone. Easy to tape off and spray paint.

Very cool. I'd like to do the same for my car, but the graphics on the sides, hood and windshield makes that almost impossible.

Full Disclosure - I collect and sell BBR models so I may be biased!
