WTF, this is Customer service

Since you are posting the sum of the chat session for all to see, I'm chiming in...
Dena seemed respectful.
You, on the other hand, old foggy, were disrespectful and flat out rude. Using CAPS to yell at her? That's like an obnoxious American in Europe yelling louder in English to foreign nationals in their own country in an attempt to "get them" to understand English.
You're the older one. Fine example you set as a senior member of our society.
Call your dealer as Dena indicated you should do, and stop seeking sympathy for your clear disrespect and rudeness.
Mean people suck, and you were mean to her.
Please don't compound your lack of respect toward others by offering a personal attack on me now.

Geez, really?
These customer service reps are probably paid not much more than minimum wage to listen to jerks like this? Their responses are scripted. They are told exactly what they can and can't say. This isn't some ornery chick trying to be obnoxious, she's telling you (the OP) exactly what she's allowed to tell you.
Instead of being a jerk and immediately yelling at her, you could have politely asked why she couldn't give you any more information (which she might not be allowed to answer, either). Or you could have said "thank you," and called your dealer. Would that really be so hard?
Christ, what a sense of entitlement some people have.

Tim is the one who told me it had been bayed!
But I recommend him to everyone, he gets it done.
All I wanted to do was get an update on the status code . . . last I saw it was 4000 not 4B00.
nasty and tasty as well, perfect for a SG Z06 vert.
no excuse, I am not a good guy!

Well, you went about it the wrong way, treating that poor woman so badly. If you honestly don't think that what you did was wrong, then there is no helping you. People like you give Corvette owners a bad name

I feel sorry for that poor woman. It's really sad that some are often so quick to resort to rudeness. We're all human and make mistakes, and sometimes other things going on around us cause us to have a short fuse. But then we need to apologize, which the OP should. And am I the only one who is tired of the all too common use of foul language that is called up in the post title?
