I don' t know the answer to your question directly, but assuming: 1) it takes one more day of transport time, I am in Louisville Kentucky and 2) cars going to the railway in Toledo are prioritized the same way cars transported via truck to dealers, it maybe as short as 7 days. I am basng this on my 2016 Z06, which was built on July 10th, and was delivered to my dealer July 16. I picked the car up on the 17th.

I know they do the Toledo run in about two days, quality control can take up to a week or more, but with the back log of 16 's I was curious about the delay time to get it to Toledo.

I counted 16 truck loads heading north on I 71 last Wednesday night on my way to Bowling Green, KY for the National Corvette Homecoming Show.

I don't think there's a back log. They are just pumping them as they have been for the past two years. If by back log you mean constraint issues, that another story.
