Well, just bought a 2014 Silver coupe....
7 speed with adrenaline red interior..3lt. 10,900 miles.Pick it next Tuesday. I must say I'm about as surprised as anybody ever. When I saw the c7 reveal,i was so underwhelmed i went and bought a brand new 2013 GS....... ,I finally saw one in person after a couple of months went by.Then I saw another...then a friend of mine bought one...then my cousin bought one...well,that was all I COULD STAND..I finally gave in to the c7 ... I saw a z06 the other day at a show and damn, that car is sweet but way out of my budget...so,instead of going to Carlisle with a 2013 GS,I'll be there with a 14 COUPE!! Cant wait to shift thru those 7 gears and feel those 460 ponies come to life...couldn't find a z51 that worked for me but i'm sure this one will be adequate...what exactly is made of carbon fiber on the car??

The carbon fiber roof (either one - painted or 'exposed') is now 16 lbs, all-in. That is lighter than the transparent, poly-carbonate roof at 22 lbs.
The trans roof on the C6 generation was actually lighter than the standard painted (sheet molded compound - SMC) roof. So that is a reversal of the trend, even with full headliner included - thanks to carbon fiber.

Magride makes track mode and sport mode more tolerable to drive in .Like the C6 having F55 standard on the ZR1 for extra smooth riding.

Exactly but the different modes also make the NPP more louder such as sport and track being louder than the rest of the modes.

You really need to download and read the owner's manual from sticky above.
There's a lot of misinformation going on here so before you get totally confused, you need to know the options on the car. It looks like it is not Z51 and we don't know if it has NPP or not. The driving modes, the exhaust, the suspension, and more, work differently or not at all depending on what options you have or don't have. Do some reading before next week. It'll help a lot.
