I had previously installed Dynamat extreme and have used the 3 piece Block-It kit with improvement.
Today I also installed the DeadMats behind the seats. The additive effect was amazing. Definitely much quieter combo in my 2015 Z51 in sport mode.
First layer:
Layer two:
I have some DeadMat product left over, easily mailable in a 9x11"envelope if anyone wants it. PM me and I'll mail it to you.
Thanks for the excellent product!

I'm interested in your extra deadmat material. PM sent.
Also do you have any key learnings applying the deadmat material that you can pass along like, tips or tricks. Things to be aware of, any issues or problems you encountered applying it. Anything that needs to be disconnected, etc.

Yes the DeadMat's are really becoming huge. Even by itself, people like the results better then other brands. Glad your happy with the results
As we were saying in an earlier post, the 2 sheets provided are plenty to do behind the seats. I see you have a 9x11" extra piece left over

One thing we will be adding to the instructions is its better to apply in warm weather. We noticed in the winter the mats were a little stiffer. Not an issue this time a year.
We always like to hear helpful hints from customers too.

I bought the Blockit "Quick & Quiet" Deadening Mats, PLUS the DeadMats (which goes under the rear seat carpets) Kit from TKO Performance.
I installed both this week. The installation of the DeadMats that go under the carpet behind the seats does take time, but it is well worth the effort! In order to insure it was a neat & a professional looking job I made patterns out of paper for each section then traced the pattern onto the material, I then simply cut out the patterns. Again, this does take extra time but it insured full coverage, it also allowed me to maximize the material.
I took a 250 mile road trip to find out if it made a difference. It did not take long to hear the difference.
Sound deadening observations;
1. Before installation I could only hear the front speakers even when in Surround Sound. Now I hear the back speaker as well as the front for a complete Surround Sound experience. And I don't have to turn the volume way up to hear the speakers. Sweet!
2. Both the tire/road noise is noticeably reduced. And way less irritating.
3. To my amazement, I can still hear the sweet sound of the NPP exhaust, even with the windows up. I think it's because the sound still comes through the rear hatch glass.
Side note: when I got done installing the DeadMat material that goes behind the seat (under the carpet) in my rush to button things up I forgot to take final pics before putting the carpet back in place!! I may in the near future pull the carpet back up, then take pics of the installation then post them here.

Great Job with the DeadMat sir.
Yes the Blockit "Quick & Quiet" mats do suppress and absorb irritating noise while letting your sweet exhaust note come through when your on it.
Glad your happy with both products. Thank you for the kind words and for posting them.

One pre cut cargo mat and 2 behind the seat mats.
If your looking to take it to the next level, the product that would be more likely to cover all over the interior (doors, tunnel, under pedals..etc) would be our DeadMats. Incredible product but it does not come pre cut. You simply measure, cut, peel and stick.
