From what I've read it is not an easy task to just weld the tips on. I've read (maybe it's not true) that Akro does not sell the tips separate.

I love my Borla Intercooled tips I just wish they weren't such a pain to line up. Corsa definitely has Borla beat in this area since their system has the tips all fused together in perfect alignment and bolts on as 1 piece. Sometimes I wonder if I should have gone with Corsa over Borla simply for this reason. But I prefer the sound of Borla over any other system, its pure music to my ears.
Anyhow, I'm about to get back under the car today, chang the rear diff and trans fluid and try to re-align my Borla tips.

I have yet to see anything nicer than the OE NPP exhaust tips....
