Ferrari definitely did a better job on their front bumper/splitter. Hopefully GM will take note.

Loved this Ferrari until he passed, and I saw that behind.

Sounded cool. One thing about Ferrari, they always sound like Ferraris. I know my next opinion has zero credibility, but the sound of the c7 is up there as greatest all time auto sounds. Hell, that's actually what made me lose it and buy one. In other words, I like the vette sound more than the Ferrari..

Superficial similarities.

Ferrari has no interest in copying a Corvette, nor are their customers interested in a Corvette clone.

I love the Vette but if I have that ridiculous kind of disposable income, it's the Ferrari. Or, an Aventador. And, I would still have a C7Z for sure.

very aware of that. There still is similar looks in both cars (front end) hence why I parked them together.

captain obvious. Yet people reply to it when I attach some new photos of it. And mind you, this topic is still very much active when you google it. It’s actually the first thing that pops up when you search for it.

Best pics ever! Thanks for sharing. Although I have eyes for the Z06, those gold wheels and trim on the F12 look awesome!

They are good, illustrative new photos.

The gold wheels work much better than I would have expected.

Those wheels (brand?) look sharp on the C7
Sorry but the F car gets the styling award overall hands down.
Rear view? Sound? No way any LS sounds as good as the F car and Im a die hard Chevy guy.
They dont need to copy anyone

I can’t agree with you more. High pitch ear drum popping sound from the f12. Plus it’s tuned.

pictures coming right up

Very true, but who copied who is irrelevant. The cars appear strikingly similar and thats a good thing for C7 owners.
I'll take the Ferrari.

I doubt either manufacturer copied the other.

The only "strikingly similar" characteristic is they are both white.

Otherwise they are easily distinguishable from any angle. Look again, for example, at the first picture of post #153. There is absolutely nothing similar.

From the photos I see, the silhouette of both cars appear similar.
Details of course are completely different but the exterior shape of the cars are consistent.

Of course; they are both front engine, two-door, sports cars. Most such cars share a basic silhouette.

I doubt any of them copied. I just mentioned “compare” in the caption. Nothing about copying. And yes it’s nice to own both
