Boy this thread still going strong hah.
I'm obviously more than happy with my purchase of the Vette, and its cool what Chevy is doing with the Camaro. More HP / better performance etc is always a good thing among the brand I think.
Although getting an extra 24rwhp / 25 rwtq from my midlength headers didn't hurt.

We have both of them!
Wife just got a new midnight black 2SS 2016 !"that is my AW" 2016 Z51)
Omg it is more car then I dreamed it was! While it does not "quite" out run my 1016 Z51 it does make it work to beat it!
Truth be known I would have bought one of these instead of the c7 if I had test drove it first just on price but I still prefer my dream car...
Chevy has done a fantastic job on this car in that it could cut in to C7 sales!

Although I would certainly prefer that Chevrolet would separate the performance between the Corvette and the Camaro a bit more, I'm not losing any sleep over the numbers. Unless you drag race, not much of an issue. I have the same feeling about the Dodge Demon. Great that its ridiculous fast, but I will take my Corvette any day.
