Default Corvette makes worst reliable list.

Oh man, I just saw the news this mourning. It don't look good for the Chevrolet Corvette. We made #3 on the most unreliable list. Looks like the chevy engineers need to tighten up, that is not good.

Main issues for most unreliable models centers on electro-shift automatic trans and glitz in electronic features. The more complexed something is built the less reliable it becomes.

We need a link to this story as I just did a google search and nothing appears other than some older articles including Bentley being one of the most unreliable.

Have had mine since December 2013, put 12,000 miles on it and it has run flawless except for reboot on infortainment screen. I'm not one to baby this great machine and could not be more pleased compared to reliability issues I've had with other high performance cars in the past.

18,000 + miles since November of 2013, including a several thousand mile trip on Route 66 and no issues. Great, fun car, A6, base Stingray!

Don't believe everything you read. My 14 has over 23,000 miles and my 09 had 52000 when I traded it. I would say, other than a few minor things, both cars were GREAT!

The C7 is loaded with problems and I would like to see the secret GM statistics on what they are and what it cost to repair them. It's cheaper to repair then correct the problem and with the 2017 models coming soon will they fix them. Social medial isn't helping GM keep these problems quiet and thanks to the owners for bringing these issues out in the open. Next year will bring more price increases and new and old defect that might get resolved.
