There used to be a $750 rebate but it went away last month.

Damn that sucks.

I got a credit union discount back in May and it took $7800 off my car!

If anyone registered on the GM Credit Union Discount and received a CU authorization number prior to Sepemter 30th they can still get the $750.00 rebate even though the program ended at the end of September.

In fact as long as they take delivery prior to 02/22/2016 they still will get the rebate. I know, I received the rebate even though I took delivery on 10/27.

This is interesting. I remember it was posted on this forum that CU Discount was ending Sept 30th. See: (Say Goodbye to Credit Union Discount) on this forum.

If the date has been extended, this is good news for credit union members who joined earlier.

It was not extended...but the devil was in the details (GM CU rules) which stated the program ended Sept 20th but if you registered for the discount before that date you have until 2/22/2016 to use the rebate.

In March the discount was 9%. That's what I got. Plus $750 from USAA.
The good dealer will give you the info. Good luck

The credit union price was never a percentage discount. It was by definition dealer invoice + $200.

What made it even better than dealer invoice price was that you saved the two advertising cost amounts levied against that dealer that invoice pricing includes, a very substantial amount ($1,331) my case. Credit union pricing did not include those two advertising cost amounts.
