MGW makes two versions. One uses the stock stick and ****, so looks just like stock from inside the car.

It's worth every penny, and it's very reasonably priced for the quality you get. It's got such a nicer feel over the stock shifter, it should be OEM. I went with the MGW race **** for a different look and feel, but you can't tell it's any different from stock with the stock ****.
