Anyone prefer the look of no engine covers?
Hey all -- I never really liked the look of the cheap plastic covers the c7 came with, and recently pulled mine off to do some work. I kind of liked seeing all of the coil packs, etc that were being covered. It actually resembled an engine again! Im not sure if I'm going to put them back on when the time comes. Anyone currently running coverless?

There was a new GT350 at caffeine and octane show ... had hood up and first thing you notice is no engine cover and tubes, hoses and wires all over the place. Looked horrible to me. If the engineers took their time and designed a tidy electrical and emission system an engine cover wouldn't be necessary. But on todays cars who wants to open up the hood and see that rats nest.

I'm going to have to go with the covers myself.
