I drove my new GS home today from Kerbeck's in NJ to NC.
The trip was a fiasco with the unforecast rain, high winds and miserable traffic, but the treatment I got at Kerbeck was first-rate. More later. Time for bed. I got up at 0430 to catch my flight to Philly and didn't get back to NC until 2130. I'm pooped.
I stopped for lunch and gas on the way and a lady came over with her phone and asked if I'd take her picture next to my car. All the way home people were waving and giving . It was nuts.

It's a 2LT 7-speed with PDR, red calipers and carbon flash mirrors and spoiler.
Getting ready for the drive back to NC. Note the C5 polo. Guess I'll have to update that too.
Their showroom was nuts. There were dozens and dozens more outside.
Kerbeck had exactly what I wanted and the whole evolution couldn't have been smoother and their staff was incredibly helpful.

Tirerack verified that they fit and several Z06 owners have been running them on the stock Z06 rims.

@Karsc5, Congrats on the new car!
@Yo-El
So I got them swapped today. Discount Tire took a bit more time to do it (I kid you not, one particular branch of theirs is better recommended by exotic owners where I live than most of the exotic shops) but they did a great job with no scratches and they painted the wheel weights black to match too.
The tires are SO MUCH more confidence inspiring in today's cold and wet conditions than the summers are.
Yes, you can see the edge of the rim stick out a bit more with the slightly narrower tires. Not too much, but noticeably different from the summer tires.

I like how the summer tires are easier to drift corners when its 45F and below out. It has been pretty fun. The GS doesn't drift as well as my ZL1.
