Default Twin-Turbo Hemi C7 Corvette Shreds Drag Strips and Brand Loyalty

Purists may object to this 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray being powered by a twin-turbo Hemi engine, but no one can object to how fast it is.

That car is badass I just wish they would have used a chevy motor instead of mopar. Still very impressive either way.

I think it's a farce to call it a C7 because of the body when the powertrain has no resemblance to a production C7. Don

Notice the humongous size of the turbos on that engine?

Obviously sized for max power, I'd bet there'd be a lot of turbo lag for any application other than drag racing. Don

You could put that motor in a 1984 Caravan, and it would go just as fast. Tremendous waste of a perfectly good C-7.
