Took the Corvette script off today. Goo Gone, heat and dental floss followed up with some Meguiars 205.

I have a white car so I replaced then with carbon flash I just didn't like the car without them It's still a stingray which hasn't been for a while.

& the vette letters IT's better there are people who don't know what type of car it is, I would prefer to keep it

It's a personal taste thing. I like the fish, and I'm not a debadger.

I'm an automotive history buff, and when I'm looking at cars going back 50 years, with original badges present, I can pretty much immediately identify the pedigree and come close to the exact MY (or range) on most things.

Of course the C7 is easy enough to categorize without badges, but for me it's a matter of honoring the OEM legacy.

I will stand with Foosh on this one. I have debadged several cars over the years so no bad vibes about doing it since I'm kind of torn anyway. My thinking is that I've never had a Corvette before so I'll leave the Stingray as it is a Corvette tradition. Removing the Corvette logo off the back is a different story all together as it looks good with just the flags and if someone doesn't know it's a Corvette? well they don't care anyway.

Still, in the end, i will honor the Corvette tradition and leave them all. Looks good either way to me.
