thanks guys the car is a 2014 with 9k miles they are a lot more expensive here the base model is $87,000 this one is fully loaded and was cheap (for UK) $70,000 I could of got one a lot cheaper in the USA but we have to pay over 30% taxes on top so would have been around the same .... that said all UK cars have Z51 and mag ride also side indicators bigger mirrors and the headlight washers :-)

Congrats and welcome to the tribe.

I'm curious what might be different on your car than what we get. It looks like you have headlight washer and turn indicators in the side mirrors. Is that correct?

Congrats, beautiful ride. I guess cars in the UK are not mandated to be right hand drive? I have a friend in Australia who can't get his hands on a C7, because the mandated right hand drive conversion is well in excess of $100,000.00 for the C7.

So far everyone loves it , hardly any V8 cars in the UK even proper PetrolHead mates respect the car , It is a serious contender against the Euro Stuff now ! which could not be said for the C5 and C6 my friend has a new 911 and sure they handle well with great feedback but they are so common over here the Corvette feels like an event a proper super car experience I have had a C5 and a Prowler { I like your cars } but this is a proper bit of kit !!! feels like it has jumped 3 generations , the fit and finish the drive the tech !!! wow best car I have ever had and my last car was an Aston :-) seems a bit odd having 20" wheels on the front , but still rides and handles great !

Congratulations, nice looking car. I am sure that the yellow draws a lot of looks over there. Enjoy and welcome to the C7.

Did they hit you with a gas guzzler / CO2 tax on the C7? I am curious. Could you also post some close-up pics of your front plate setup?

It's ironic that Europe makes a ton of great sports cars, but it's also the continent that's leading the charge to kill them off with all your regulation and new-age hippiness...
