Drilled brake rotors
I would like to put a set of drilled rotors on my 2016.
Does anyone make a drilled rotor that looks like the Brembo that is reasonably priced ?

Drilled rotors look cool but are not that great. It's very easy for cracks to form near all of those holes. For high performance you will want solid or at the very least slotted rotors.

So what I am a poseur, We are all poseurs.
How many can justify the numerous accessories that get bought every hour ?
I know all about drilled rotors since I have had them on all of my previous cars.
I have drilled my own in the past but I would rather purchase a set now that I am older with money to burn.

Before you change rotors, research stopping distance and actual performance of the major brake brands to see exactly where the 2016 Corvette actually stands. I wouldn't think you want to install brakes that are inferior to what is already on your car.

Be careful sir. As an engineer, I can tell you with confidence that the Stingray Z51 slotted brake rotors are specifically and purposely designed to match the Stingray dynamics.

I also do motorcycles too how many sportbikes do NOT have drilled rotors.
I really would appreciate it if someone found or made a set of drilled rotors for me.

Maybe someone can answer the OP's question rather than give him opinions he's not interested in.
Just a thought.

Now, considering that Z51 brakes have to be able to take track abuse from the get go, another $70 for 'track ready' rotors doesn't seem awful, to me at least.

ebay has some listed for less $$. Note that some of the ebay sellers will do all drilled or all slotted if you don't like the drill/slot combo so it doesn't hurt to email or call them to ask.
As far as performance goes, the biggest benefit of the holes is air flow and a place for water to go. If your disks are soaked from rain and you slam on the brakes and have holes you don't get that initial lag of getting the water off the rotors because it will go through the holes instead. Brake dust also goes through the holes.
Why anyone would think that drilled is bad while the biggest and best names in braking are still using them is beyond me.

Well, they are not reasonably priced, but Baer eradi-speed rotors might be what you are looking for. I had a set of them on my C5, they looked great, and I loved them (but they are a little pricey).

What commission are you going to pay L8ter for his work on your behalf?
As an aerospace engineer you can appreciate what someone's time is worth....and you have "money to burn"

With all due respect, as an engineer, I respectfully disagree. Good luck sir.

That's why those "big names" put disclaimers on those drilled rotors that they are for street use only, not high performance applications.
