RipcordZ51,
Great looking car! I like the work you did to instal the Z06 Spats.
Are the wheels on your car the Spiral Gray Z06 wheels with the silver edge on the outer edge of the rim?
She's a beauty! Please post more pics of her!
Thank You!

OP you asked if it could be done not if we like it so the obvious answer to your question is yes it can be done and others have done it. Whether or not you like it is a personal choice

Really it only took a little force and gentle bending to get them to fit which actually makes for a tight fit. The only real modification I had to do is on the mud flap where I cut out like an L-Shape so that they Spat sat flush whereas it would otherwise sit on top and look weird. Other than that it was pretty straightforward but I also cut a slit in the wheel liner for the tab of the spat to slide into. I am out of town but I think I made a template of how I cut the mud flap and will check on Monday when I get home... My entire Carbon Fiber Aero Setup is from APR which that all they do is Carbon Fiber but other vendors do Carbon Flash.

Although slight modifications needed for Narrow Body C7, this is good general idea of the process.
A great video from RPI explaining how to remove/swap out the textured wheel spats on a Z06 and/or Grand Sport.

The alternative to adding spats is to buy a set of wheels with the widths/offsets that allow you to run wider rubber. I bought a used set of 20"/21" HRE's from a forum member here that allow me to run Pirelli 285/375 on my '14 Z51 Stingray (tires came with the wheels). I had it completely lowered on stock bolts so had to raise it a bit to avoid the minimum rub I was getting in the rear but the next set of tires going on the rear are 325's so will allow me to drop it all the way again.

Im wanting to add them to the rear of my GS to allow for a wider/more aggressive stance in the rear. Has anyone made those modifications to them yet to fit?

It has been done and you need the search function on Spats and you will need to comb through the different pages as I recall people posting rear spats on a Z06.
