I can not locate any clear plastic sill guards that slip over the sills of a C7. I had them on my C6 for years and they worked well to protect against scuffs without looking obvious. Searched Ecklers, Mid-America, etc.

Does anyone have these or knows who sells them?

I wouldn't use them. I had them on my C7. They constantly needed to be removed and cleaned under, they scratched the interior trim on both sides, and the Velcro shredded my carpet. I would use XPEL tape instead...

RPI Designs also sells them. I also have the plastic door "kicker" plates. Together they save a lot of wear and tear. I may have to pop off clear sill protectors after washing car, but that's all. No damage or problems as mentioned in other comment. Good luck with your decision.

I've never had a problem with them. Had them on my C6, and now on my C7. Search for them on Ebay. Bought mine there for 65 bucks. Cheapest price I could find at the time I bought.
