DIY wide body conversion project

Burning Brakes
I just had my widebody parts painted (rear fascia, quarter panels, apeture panels, front fenders, fuel door) for $1300 at my preferred body shop. I told them to take their time as this is a show car, and they've had the panels for about a month now. I'm hoping to pick them up this week and get started on the conversion ASAP. Car shows are coming up!

Hello Everyone who is following this one. I just finished adding a major aero package and wanted to share what the car looks like now. The front splitter is a custom piece of art by a local race prep shop. The rear wing is the APR GTC-500. As you might guess, it is a full track car set-up now, no more street use, and it is a beast!

I sent pm. I hope it went through. I still wtb. I'll purchase whole rear spoiler and wicker bill or just wicker bills and grill or any combo doesn't matter. I need wicker bills the most. Thanks text 858-291-9989. I'm in NY

I could use your help on this one...
Thanks, I'll be sure to add more pics when I get them mounted up.
Yep, just needed to go to the parts counter in person and find the right exploded diagram, then told the nice lady "I'll take everything in this picture for both sides" The oem Z51 duct is a single piece but the Z06 has a Rube Goldberg arrangement. Just a matter of getting all the pieces.

Rocker panel scoop
I sent you a pm earlier however wasn't able to attach a photo. Behind the rocker scoop in your picture I can see the reds brakes. Is a part needed to hide this? Or is it just the wheel liner that does this?
I didn't want to glue it down until I knew what would hide the wires
QUOTE=Jet Vet;1592984935]The nose (front bumper cover) went back on very easily. Start with the hood up and have the panel resting on a pad on the floor in front of the car. The key here is to lift it and tilt it so the upper edge rotates back toward the windshield and the lower edge rotates forward. Now slide it aft so that the upper edge rests on top of the frame bar above the radiator and then let it rotate slowly back toward level. There are two sets of tabs / clips on either side of the headlights which will fit into the space behind their counterparts on the fenders (one set of these is plastic, that you transferred from the old fender, and the other is metal which you screwed back on to the frame next to the headlight). The outboard set of tabs pushes inward and rearward, while the inboard set pushes downward. If you have already installed the front wheel well liners, before you push the outer tabs all the way home make sure the outer edge / lip of the liner tucks behind the fender. Then get underneath and replace the pan which attaches all across the bottom of the bumper cover. Also install the screws and plugs along the upper edge, at the front of the engine bay. The only thing I have left is the rear wheel well liners, and I'm holding off on them for a day or two while awaiting the remainder of the rear brake cooling duct parts. I also have new track wheels and tires arriving this coming week, so I'll have outdoor pictures of the finished product then.

2 aperture panels (rockers)
2 rear quarter panels
2 rear wheel well liners
1 rear (upper) bumper cover
Z06 rear spoiler (rear end is now wider so the Stingray/Z51 unit won’t fit)
2 quarter panel rear brake cooling scoop liners
2 rear valence/bumper cover vent grilles
Fuel compartment door
Assorted fasteners and clips, many of which can be reused original parts
If I just want a Z06 looking on SIDE and REAR section of C7 Stingray, is that it for all parts I need ?
BTW, do I need any other stuffing parts inside of body parts such as No.18 Shows in the picture? Do I have to change exchange the side skirts? Does Stingray OEM rear lower cover match with the Z06 rear upper Bumper cover?
what else I need?
