Default TSB For rotors

I've tried searching but can't seem to locate the TSB that was posted regarding replacing the two piece rotor's on the Z51 if they are warped. My dealer said they know nothing about it and I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I already replaced the pads but hey if I can get new one piece rotors I'm sure they will help. I do not track my car so just street use.

Is this for all cars or only if you experience the vibration? I heard this eliminates the need for the cooling rings, which is a nice benefit I'd like to take advantage of.

Fronts were out of spec and replaced. Rear's were not so they would not replace them. Although they told me after a few more thousand miles they would probably be out and then would swap them out.

Were you experiencing a problem or did you just ask to have them inspected because of the TSB?

Slight shimmy at higher speeds. I don't track the car so it was Mainly highways speeds. Anywhere around 80-90 and a hard brake would cause a minor shimmy but they were still out of spec. I have 5000 miles on the car.
