This has nothing to do with seat height, but rather seat set back. There are several posts on this and settythe seat back as far as possible (the pic with the electrical strip)

My son is 6'9" and he had a seat made by a car upholstery shop for his Z06. It was expensive though. $4,000. There were quite a few upholstery shops that were willing to do it. He kept the original seat for when he sells the car. It's also relatively easy to exchange seats if one has to. He left the car with me a few months ago while he was out of the country and I put the original seat back in it. So custom made is one option if push comes to shove.
