This sounds very interesting and the price is very reasonable. What kind of warranty comes with the unit?

so where's the day time photos of this thing?
Refresh rate looks somewhat slow in the video on the website.
Nifty idea but that's my gripes with it if you want some constructive criticism.

Looks pretty cool! So it comes with a piece of clearish vinyl you attach to the windshield for the screen reflection? Or, does it reflect right off the windshield itself? I am still a little unclear on installation and what it requires.

I posted the link to your HUD on one of my Mustang Forums. Several people have shown interest in a HUD display for their Mustangs (i haven't). I might would be more interested if you can see it in the daytime which with most, you can't.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I just finished the new trim that goes around the unit to make it look really nice and factory. Most dashes are very curved and the flat unit doesn't look good - until the trim I include with it is added!
Here's a better daytime pic to show a comparison of the improvement in size and clarity and color to the stock C6. The pic shown is using the optional suction-cupped reflector which is nice to use if you're moving the unit from one car to another.
The cable for the unit is a flat wire that tucks between the A-Pillar and the dashboard invisibly. I just did a video of how quick and easy the install in the C6 is which I'll post by tonight hopefully. It's literally idiot-proof.
No, it doesn't have the G-Meter or the turn-by-turn or the stereo info.... but it does have alerts to tell you if your temp is high or voltage is low (both settable to your level). It also tells scans your computer if there's a check engine light on and even allows you to clear it! There's so much AWESOME about this thing!
I'll offer a 1 year warranty on it. Thanks for mentioning that in the thread I need to update the website.
Thanks for sharing the link David! I put one in the widebody Bentley I took to Cars and Coffee yesterday and you know that the first thing the first guy said to me was when I parked? "I was noticing that display on your windshield as you backed in"! Out of everything to notice on that car.... LOL
FYI - I'm down to 20 units left Order already in for Monday morning.

I like the idea conceptually, and your device certainly seems to be a great price point.
The pics on your site show the suction cup reflector in use; the sharp edge of the suction cup reflector is distracting - kinda like the splatted bug on the windshield that the wipers just can quite get rid of...
A couple good pics with the non-suction cup version would probably be useful.

I did this to help give guys an idea of the size/color/clarity/improvement. I will surely post more without the suction cups as I get more installs and more customer pics. I did this to give guys an idea of the suction cup version. There's a couple pics already up on this thread and the webpage.

just a thought, does this interfere with the Sunpass?...the one that sticks to the windshield?
Also, here is the splitter I mentioned above....

It isn't required but it is MUCH more visible during the day with it. You can always go to your local tint shop and have them install a square of tint to your choice of darkness. The mirrorized tint on the supplied reflector is not dark at all so from inside it's barely noticeable.
