At the top outside corners of the oil psi and oil temp gauges, there are small arrows pointing outward. They've undoubtedly been there since production, however today is the first time I noticed them, primarily because the arrow at the top of the psi gauge (left gauge) was constantly illuminated.
Any idea what their purposes are?

The arrows tell you to press the right or left buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to move to more options in the display.

Up and down arrows, press the upper and lower buttons.

Hope this is what you are referring too.

Yes, on the dash display and steering wheel arrows at night.

The arrows only appear on the display when there are menu options available for the appropriate arrow on the steering wheel. There are usually up and down arrows, but left and right arrows only appear in certain mode displays.
